Shipping Information

For approved PayPal transactions, we will ship your order within two business days. Orders made by check or money order will be shipped upon receipt of payment.

 

We ship via the U.S. Postal Service. Shipping and handling is free to addresses within the US. You will be notified by e-mail upon shipment of your order. Please allow 5-7 business days for receipt of your shipment. If after that time you do not receive your shipment, please contact us by e-mail with your name, order date and order number.

 

For faster service, Priority Mail is available for a $3.00 surcharge (2-3 day delivery).

 

Sales Tax

For delivery in Florida, 6% sales tax is added.

Return Policy

If you receive a defective DVD, please email us immediately so that we can make arrangements to provide you with a new DVD and get the defective DVD returned to us.
